I founded PURE Medical Aesthetics based on my experience in the beauty industry combined with my passion for health. Working as a model in the 1990’s, I had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most accomplished photographers, from Patrick Demarchelier to Arthur Elgort. Observing these masters, from the intricacies of the lighting to the positioning and angles used, I had the opportunity to learn the aesthetics and contours of the face.
After modeling, my passion for health led me to become a nurse. While working in pain management, I was first introduced to Botox for the management of muscle spasticity and migraines. Seeing the versatility Botox, I transitioned to the cosmetic side and began working with the cosmetic surgeon Dr. Leif Nordberg at CVW Body Design Centers of Stamford. I’m also an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nursing (ASPSN) and the Society of Plastic Surgery Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS).
By combining a love of aesthetics with my medical background, I created PURE Medical Aesthetics. PURE is about emphasizing the natural beauty within each of us, using the latest techniques while maximizing safety and comfort – enhancing what is truly PURE about you.
Courtney grew up in Stamford, Connecticut and currently residesin Lordship of Stratford. In addition to being a registered nurse, she has a bachelors of science degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut. She has been a nurse for almost ten years with more than half of it in the medical aesthetics field.
Courtney joined the Pure Medical Aesthetics Team in May of 2021 as a nurse injector after working as a laser-hair removal specialist in a medical spa in Connecticut. She’s certified in aesthetic injectables along with extensive training in laser treatments, micro-needling, IPL, QWO, and IV therapy. Like all the members of the PURE team, Courtney highly values continuing her education. This enables her to provide the newest medical aesthetic treatments to her clients.
Aesthetic nursing became a career later in life once she realized how much she enjoyed helping people feel good about themselves. Being part of the PURE team allows Courtney to do that, as well as gives her the opportunity to offer her clients the safest and most current treatment options.
Janine Tedesco is a Physician Assistant with nearly two decades of experience in vascular surgery. She earned her Master of Science in Health Sciences from Weill Cornell Medicine in 2006 and has since dedicated her career to providing exceptional patient care.
For the past 18 years, Janine has specialized in vascular surgery, performing a wide range of in-office procedures, including sclerotherapy, microphlebectomy, and venous closures.
Passionate about helping people feel their best and exploring new regenerative aesthetic research, she expanded her expertise into aesthetic medicine, now offering advanced treatments such as toxin injections, fillers, microneedling, dermaplaning, lasers, and more.

Kyle DiScala, RN is a highly experienced registered nurse with over a decade in healthcare, specializing in pediatric oncology and bone marrow transplantation. Throughout her career, she has provided compassionate, skilled care to children facing some of the most challenging medical conditions, refining her precision, gentle touch, and patient-centered approach—qualities that now define her work in medical aesthetics.

Kelly Bonenfant is an accomplished healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing education and clinical practice. Graduating from Southern CT State University with a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2007, Kelly later earned her Bachelor of Nursing from Drexel University in 2014. Continuing her academic journey, she obtained her Master's degree in Nursing Education from Sacred Heart University in 2019.
Throughout her career, Kelly has demonstrated a commitment to patient care and professional development. With experience in various healthcare settings, including Neurology/Neurosurgery ICU and medical oncology office practice, she has honed her skills as an oncology RN. Currently, Kelly serves as an Oncology Nurse Educator, leveraging her expertise to educate both new and experienced nurses.

Nadiya joined PURE Medical Aesthetics as an Aesthetician and RN after working in multiple medical spa venues in Manhattan and Brooklyn, NYC. She is certified and has extensive training in various facial treatments, including Lasers, microneedlings, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, customized facials, and more.
Dedicated to continuing her education, Nadiya strives to provide effective aesthetic treatments for her clients. Her passion for aesthetics encompasses both hands-on treatments and the science behind skincare ingredients and technologies. Lauren, a certified Physician Assistant, is driven by a familial passion for helping others. With a grandmother and both parents working in the medical field, she felt an innate desire to make a difference from a young age. After receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut, she earned her Masters of Physician Assistant studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
Lauren began her career in the emergency department, where she quickly discovered her passion and skills for procedures. With over 5 years of experience suturing, performing nerve blocks, incision and drainages, and other various procedures, she has developed steady hands and a knack for precision.
Combining her hands-on experience with her passion for aesthetics and continuing medical education, Lauren is thrilled to help patients look and feel their very best. She believes in enhancing her patients' natural beauty and always wants them to feel comfortable and listened to.⠀
Luisa Cerone was born and raised in Westchester, NY with a love for beauty and aesthetics. She received her Aesthetic License at New York School of Aesthetics in Tarrytown, New York.
Shortly after graduating she began working for the prestigious LVMH brand Benefit Cosmetics. Launching two stores, she continued to develop and hone her craft.
Now, with over 10 years of experience in the Aesthetic industry, Luisa takes great pride in providing exceptional care of her clientele. She has unparalleled expertise in eyebrow shaping, lash and brow tinting as well as full body waxing.
